Military-Connected Student Resources

BUSVA aims to provide military-connected students with support for the many aspects of life after service. We have compiled a list of resources that can help with that goal and laid them out here. 

BUSVA’s national chapter website.

Military OneSource is a collection of information for service members and their families, providing links to resources such as benefits, tax consultants, mental health resources, etc.

A link to website that so you can find your closest Pennsylvania’s State Representative.

Disabled American Veterans is a non-profit organization focused on helping disabled veterans by providing them with services and discounts.

A free mental health resource for military-connected people run by U-Penn.

Bloomsburg University’s official list of resources for military-connected students ranging from on campus support to financial aid. 

U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs’ collection of mental health resources for veterans with a focus on PTSD.

The Marine Corps League supports Marines through scholarship opportunities, award programs, programs that help with the transition back to civilian life, and more.
